Flavours to Savour is a (for clients only) cookbook full of the favourite recipes enjoyed by the clientele of both Stonefly Lodge and Falcon Brae Villa. Despite loving the whole process of designing and producing the cookbook, Jane’s favourite part was art-directing the photo shoots as she was there to tast every dish. Another perk was learning some trade secrets from executive chef Michael McMeekan!
